Docs tafs app
Tasks, packs and AI use
tafs counts tasks. For current prices, see /pricing.
What counts as a task
A task is an action a taf took for you that worked, such as a refund sent or a payment made. Refusals, held calls you refuse, halts, failures and lookups are not tasks.
Tasks and packs
Usage in the app shows the tasks the period has, how many are used and left, the packs you hold, and who bills your plan. Each period, your plan’s tasks are used first, then packs, oldest first. A pack’s tasks last 12 months.
When tasks run out, Add tasks buys a pack in the app. If your plan is billed by Apple, Manage opens your subscriptions.
Someone who cannot add tasks can Ask an admin for a pack, with a reason, and sees the request waiting. An admin approves it, which buys the pack, or declines it with a note. The person can withdraw the request. Only people who may add tasks are told about it.
AI use
Chats with your tafs and Coach mode are included up to half your plan’s monthly price in AI use each period. Past that, your tafs ask you before going on, and ask again at each further full bound. AI use is never billed.
