Docs tafs app
Halt and resume
Halt stops a taf, or every taf with Halt all, from one screen. Use it when you want nothing more to happen until you have looked.
What a halt does
While a taf is halted:
- no run starts for it, and no call reaches your tools;
- a call that is already on its way may still arrive. A halt does not undo what a service has already done.
The app shows Halting… until KIFF and planque, which keeps your connections, have both confirmed, and Halted only after that. If a part does not confirm, Halt again asks it again.
Resume
Resume needs Face ID. When you resume, only new work runs: nothing from before the halt picks up again.
A halt is separate from Pause, which stops a taf’s schedule, and from Revoke, which ends its Card.
