Production Launch · optional
Your first agent action, live with us.
Pick the action an agent already drafts and a person still clicks: a refund, a payout, a credit, an access change. We put it on a card with you.
the number to count first
How many did a person approve unchanged?
- Agent drafts 400 refunds
- A human executes 400
Count how many of those the person executed without changing anything. That is the work a card can take over.
- The clear ones run on the card
- A person sees only the exceptions
Every one leaves a record: what was asked, what state it was checked against, and the answer.
how the launch runs
Four steps. You stop whenever the numbers say so.
- Observe
KIFF sits on the action in observe mode on real traffic. It records what it would allow, hold or refuse, and refuses nothing.
- Issue
The owner issues the card from the observed numbers. The clear cases run; the rest go to a person with the reason attached.
- Prove
We test the controls on that path: limits, retries, two at once, revocation. A pass shows that path holds; it does not prove the whole workflow is safe.
- Hand over
Your operations owner accepts the limits and your team runs it. Your organization issues the agent a KIFF Card, and nobody edits a prompt or redeploys to change it.
A card narrows what your domain and permissions already allow. KIFF authorizes; your system executes.
What it costs, and why us.
How is the launch priced?
In two steps. Observing is agreed first: its scope, price and duration are set on the first call, from your action alone. What follows is scoped from what observing shows, before that work starts. If almost everything needs a human anyway, we say so and you stop.
Why trust us with the controls?
We broke our own runtime before selling it. Our framework claimed an agent cannot approve its own action; we wrote four attacks, and three worked. Every attack now ships as a test that fails our build. Read the bypass, the audit that found it, and the guarantees at /invariants.
We build agents for clients. Is this for us?
Yes. See what builders get: the same launch, run for each client you hand an agent to.
Start with 30 minutes.
Bring the action and last month’s number. If a card is not the answer, we will say so.
