What this dashboard shows

This changes the sidebar and a few labels, and whether held calls are also offered in the agent's chat unless you set that on the Account tab. Your Cards, agents, tools, keys, domains and records stay as they are, and you can switch back at any time.

Switch to the personal view?

The sidebar will hide Domain, Build, Govern and API keys. They are not deleted: domains, contracts and keys keep working, and their pages stay reachable by link. You can switch back at any time.
